My client had purchased a zero clearance wood burning stove and required tile on the floor and a heat transfer wall (NYS Code). They had discussed the project with several other contractors but had no confidence in their abilities. This project was time consuming but not difficult. They are very pleased with this modern addition to their already beautiful kitchen.
This bathroom is the standard 5' x 8' bathroom. My client wanted something functional with some tasteful flair. My team and I know we delivered from their reaction and outstanding review.
As with all my bathroom remodel projects, My client picked out all of their fixtures, tub, tile, and grout color. The only grout that I use on my bathroom remodels is EPOXY. No staining, fading, shrinking, and a very high temperature fluctuation and chemical resistance. No rot Guaranteed.
This garage is 18 feet wide by 20 feet deep. It has a 6" concrete pad with 12"-16" deep perimeter footing that is 12"s wide.
The roof is a 12"-12" pitch. The frontal barn hatch is 4'x4' and operational not ascetic, and is secured with a barricade system. 1' soffits surround the structure except for in the front, There exists a 2' overhang to allow better shield from the elements.
Installation of a Pressure Treated Deck and Decking Surface with Cedar Railing and Facsia. The Stair treads are also Pressure Treated. This deck was 8' above grade, No Problem. A beautiful summer living space.
This was an existing sunroom that needed to be completely removed. The roof was braced with a series of triple 2"x10" beams during demolition and reconstruction. After structure was regained the final touches could be achieved.
This client had an existing shower stall that had seen its day. There was water damage on the sheetrock behind the breached surround. All of that was torn out and "Dura-Rock" was installed as the new wall treatment to receive the new tile. The stall basin was left undisturbed except for some severe cleaning. These are classic 4"x4" white on green tiles.
An all home fan is an economic way to cool a home where an attic space has been converted to a living space and Air Conditioning is not an option.
Before the granite could be installed the base cabinets required some severe leveling. After the granite was installed we could provide the backsplash. 1"x1" tiles upon a 1'x1' mat. Aluminum screen, staples, and mastic were used over the existing sheetrock to ensure proper adhesion. Aluminum edging was used to terminate the tile in locations where it meets the walls.
This Basement was installed for a young married couple who were ready to have a clean livable space that would accommodate their laundry needs, storage space, and area to entertain or relax in.
